Why AirCover exists

Charitable giving infrastructure has a transparency problem. Donors want to know that gifts reach the work they care about. Nonprofits need pathways to funding that don't require established institutional relationships. Companies want to direct corporate generosity to verified initiatives. And communities need their solutions to be heard, funded, and reported on honestly.

AirCover International was formed to help close that gap - by building the verification, pooling, and reporting infrastructure that lets resources move responsibly between donors and the communities working closest to urgent human needs.

What we do

AirCover operates as charitable giving infrastructure across four connected functions:

1. Pooled impact funds - donors contribute to thematic funds that direct grants to verified nonprofits and initiatives within each fund's charitable purpose.
2. Nonprofit partner support - eligible U.S. and international organizations may apply for grant consideration, capacity-building, and donor visibility.
3. Corporate & institutional pathways - Benevity-enabled giving, matching, sponsorship, and co-funded grantmaking with companies and foundations.
4. Verified campaign documentation - a campaign pathway where eligible nonprofit partners document specific initiatives, approved uses, and updates for donors.

Relationship with Fundrayser

Fundrayser is AirCover International's own campaign platform, built and operated by AirCover for its verified nonprofit partners. AirCover holds legal, financial, technical, and editorial control of Fundrayser, and every organizational campaign is reviewed against AirCover's partner-vetting framework before it goes live.

AirCover provides the giving infrastructure, governance, and grantmaking; Fundrayser is where that work gets documented at the campaign level.

Governance

Eromosele Peter Omomhenle, Founder. A strategy and technology executive with over 16 years of experience, including senior leadership roles at Microsoft (Global ISV Partner Strategy, and Financial Services CTO for West Africa) and his current role as Managing Director and Global VP at NTT DATA. His work spans growth strategy, digital transformation, blockchain, AI, cloud, and sustainability, with a focus on building transparent, high-impact platforms that connect people and organizations around causes that matter.

AirCover is actively building its independent board: 2 of 5 seats filled. Target: five independent board seats by December 31, 2026.

We believe trust is built through honesty about what's complete and what's still being built. The Transparency Center publishes our current governance status and roadmap.

AirCover is also forming its Advisory Council - domain experts whose guidance shapes partner vetting, fund grantmaking, and governance. We're currently seeking expertise in philanthropy and grantmaking, nonprofit governance and finance, legal and tax compliance, and emergency response operations. Where we are today

AirCover is an early-stage organization, currently reviewing nonprofit partner applications and preparing its first grant cycle. We're growing our donor base, partner network, governance structure, and reporting systems in the open.
