Quarterly updates on programs, partners, and transparency.
AirCover International is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit incorporated in Texas, building transparent giving infrastructure that helps donors fund verified social impact projects, enables nonprofits to access grants and campaign support, and helps corporate and institutional partners direct resources to community-led initiatives.
Charitable giving infrastructure has a transparency problem. Donors want to know that gifts reach the work they care about. Nonprofits need pathways to funding that don't require established institutional relationships. Companies want to direct corporate generosity to verified initiatives. And communities need their solutions to be heard, funded, and reported on honestly.
AirCover International was formed to help close that gap — by building the verification, pooling, and reporting infrastructure that lets resources move responsibly between donors and the communities working closest to urgent human needs.
AirCover International connects donors, nonprofits, companies, and communities through transparent fundraising, pooled impact funds, and responsible grantmaking.
A world where every community-led solution can access trusted funding, transparent tools, and partnerships needed to improve lives.
AirCover operates as charitable giving infrastructure across four connected functions:
Fundrayser is AirCover International's transparent campaign platform — helping nonprofits, project leaders, volunteers, donors, and vendors collaborate around verified social impact campaigns. Fundrayser advances AirCover's mission by making campaign documentation, eligible uses, and donor-facing updates publicly visible at the campaign level.
The two operate together: AirCover provides charitable giving infrastructure, governance, and grantmaking; Fundrayser provides the campaign platform where the work is documented and donors can follow specific projects.
AirCover International is currently formalizing its independent board and advisory structure. Governance updates will be published as appointments are completed. Interested individuals with experience in philanthropy, nonprofit governance, finance, legal compliance, technology, social impact, and community development may express interest in supporting AirCover's governance and advisory work.
We believe trust is built through honesty about what's complete and what's still being built. The Transparency Center publishes our current governance status and roadmap.
AirCover is an early-stage organization. We are growing our donor base, partner network, governance structure, and reporting systems. Rather than overstate completed impact, we publish honest organizational status and our path to mature reporting. As funded projects produce verifiable results, we will publish updates here.
