§ Partner with AirCover

Funding, visibility, and verified support for your work.

U.S. nonprofits, international NGOs, and community-led organizations may apply for partnership opportunities — including grant consideration through pooled impact funds, Fundrayser campaign support, capacity-building resources, and donor and corporate visibility.

§ What we look for

Verified, mission-aligned, capable of reporting.

Partner organizations submit documentation reviewed against compliance, program alignment, and operational capacity criteria.

Why partner with AirCover

AirCover International builds infrastructure that benefits nonprofit partners across funding, visibility, and operational support. Partnership pathways include:

  • Grant consideration — through pooled impact funds aligned with your mission
  • Fundrayser campaigns — launch verified campaigns on AirCover's transparent platform
  • Donor visibility — featured in fund updates and donor communications
  • Corporate connections — visibility to corporate, Benevity, and matching gift programs
  • Capacity-building — resources, templates, and operational support
  • Co-funded grantmaking — opportunities with foundation and grantmaker partners

Who is eligible

Eligible partners include:

  • U.S. nonprofit organizations with IRS 501(c)(3) status (or equivalent)
  • International NGOs with verifiable charitable standing in their jurisdiction
  • Faith-based nonprofit organizations operating verified charitable programs
  • Educational institutions and youth-serving nonprofits
  • Community-led initiatives operating under fiscal sponsorship of an eligible nonprofit
  • Verified Fundrayser campaign organizations

Partner organizations submit documentation including legal status verification, organizational policies, programmatic information, financial information, and reporting capacity.

How partnership works

  1. Submit application. Complete the partner application with your organization's details, mission, programs, and documentation.
  2. Verification review. AirCover's team reviews legal status, organizational documents, program alignment, and operational capacity.
  3. Partnership conversation. Eligible partners join a partnership conversation to discuss fit, potential funding pathways, and Fundrayser campaign options.
  4. Activation. Approved partners are eligible for grant consideration, may launch Fundrayser campaigns, and are introduced into AirCover's donor and partner ecosystem.
  5. Reporting. Funded partners report on uses, milestones, and outcomes per partnership agreement.

Compliance and oversight

AirCover maintains responsibility for ensuring funds are used in alignment with charitable purposes, donor restrictions, applicable law, and organizational policies. Partner agreements document expectations on use of funds, reporting, and program quality. Failure to meet partnership commitments may affect future grant consideration.

What we do not do

AirCover does not provide pass-through fundraising services without partnership and verification. We do not approve grants outside of charitable purposes, donor restrictions, or applicable law. We do not bypass partner vetting under time pressure (with the exception of expedited verification for pre-cleared emergency response partners).

Verified pathways. Honest reporting. Long-term partnership. — AirCover Partner Programs
