§ Pooled grantmaking

Give by cause. Fund verified impact.

AirCover Impact Funds allow donors to support priority cause areas while giving AirCover the ability to direct resources to vetted nonprofits, community-led initiatives, and verified campaigns aligned with each fund's purpose.

§ How pooled funds work

Donors give to a fund. AirCover reviews eligible nonprofits and projects within that fund's charitable purpose. Grants are made according to documented criteria, and updates flow back to donors as work progresses.

§ Grantmaking framework

How impact funds direct resources.

Each fund follows the same documented process: donor restrictions are honored, partner eligibility is reviewed, grants are matched to charitable purpose, and reporting flows back to donors.

You give to a specific fund or general support. Restricted gifts stay within their fund's charitable purpose.

02

Partner review

Nonprofit partners and project leaders submit documentation, budgets, and program details for compliance review.

03

Grant decision

AirCover matches eligible partners to fund purpose using documented criteria. Grants align with applicable law and policy.

04

Reporting

Funded partners report on uses, milestones, and outcomes. Donors receive updates as projects advance.
