The Education & Youth Opportunity Fund pools donor support to direct grants to nonprofits, schools, and community organizations expanding access, supporting youth development, and building the bridges to workforce readiness.

How grants are reviewed
Partners submit organizational documentation, program details, budgets, and reporting capacity. AirCover reviews alignment with the fund's purpose, partner verification status, geography served, program quality indicators, and capacity to deliver. Donor designations within the fund are honored where feasible.
Reporting
Funded partners report on enrollment, services delivered, outcomes, and learnings. As verified results are produced, AirCover shares updates with fund donors.
